Xtreme Contracting came into Friday night's matchup with Direct Elevator knowing that another tough game was on-hand. After giving up 5 runs in the top of the first inning, Xtreme held the opposition to 2 runs for the remainder of the game. Despite a shortened bench, the President's Division leaders battled hard and came out on top of a 10-7 result, moving Xtreme to 12-2-1 on the season. Xtreme is back in action on Sunday afternoon at 5:00pm and will face Hanet Plastics for the second time this season. In the previous meeting Xtreme held on and pulled out a 27-23 win despite some whining from the opposition about the score. However, post-game, cooler heads prevailed and Sunday's game is expected to be another tight battle.
