No Umpire, No Problem!

Tuesday night's game versus Bradley Motors was briefly delayed as no umpire showed up at Kelloryn Park.  In the stands was Xtreme's own O'B, who had come down to watch the game as he continues to battle through injury, and was called into duty as a replacement umpire for the evening.

The Xtreme offense was solid, and highlights included a 4-4 evening at the plate for Larry Mitchell, and WMSPL "Rookie of the Year" candidate Jamie Allan picking up his 9th and 10th HR's of the season (which included a Grand Slam and a 3-Run shot).  The defense had another good outing as Bradley Motors was held to 2 runs throughout the 7 innings.

Xtreme walked off with a 16-2 win, and thanks to a Devils victory over the Storm on Monday night, all 3 teams now sit with "3" in the loss column.  Sunday night is a double-header for the defending playoff champs, who will be looking for some revenge as they face off against the Devils at 8pm (K2), followed by a (K1) meeting at 9:30pm with the Falcons.
