4 Games to Go, No Choice But 4-0

Following last game's disheartening loss to the Storm, Xtreme returned to action on Wednesday evening to face the red hot Direct Elevator who came into the game riding a 7-game win streak.

Knowing that any hopes of winning the League Title would now be dependent upon running off 4 consecutive victories (combined with a little help from one of Storm's remaining opponents), Xtreme was definitely up for the task and came out a-swinging against Direct.  A strong game both offensively and defensively resulted in the 18-6 victory for Xtreme!

Then on Thursday, Xtreme had the opportunity to make it's game-in-hand on the Storm count as they faced off against Greenthumb.  This one went in Xtreme's favour right from the get-go, and it was a 15-4 victory at the end of the night, completing Xtreme's season sweep of Greenthumb.

Up next is a Labour Day Monday contest against the Coulas Bone Crushers on K1 at 8:00pm.
