SUPER Sunday!

Sunday night at Kelloryn featured a BIG game for Xtreme (before they even took to the field at 8pm).

Falcons squared off with the Devils and showed why that despite their record this season, they are still a team that can come up big when it counts!  A 22-17 win over the President Division leaders gave Xtreme that little bit of extra motivation heading into their first game of the evening, a match-up with Direct Elevator.

The Xtreme defense was solid holding the Elevator squad to 4 runs, while the Offense scored 12 times, proving to be more than enough as Xtreme recorded their 20th victory of the season.

Xtreme packed up and headed over to K1 for a 9:30pm tilt against Hanet Plastics.  In another tight game throughout, Xtreme carried a 1-run lead into the bottom of the 7th and once again, the Defense came up huge shutting down Hanet's batters "1-2-3" to close out the game.  The evening saw great pitching efforts from both Cito and Mitchell.

The team now sits at 21-8-2, 2.0 games behind the Devils with 7 left to play in the regular season.

Xtreme returns to action on Tuesday night as they face off against Bradley Motors.
